Preonstruct uzģenerē ēkas konstrukcijas kopā ar inženiertīkliem un normatīvu prasībām, lai projektētājs pārbauda un lemj, nevis zīmē visu no jauna. Preonstruct generates the building's structure together with its engineering networks and code requirements, so the designer verifies and decides instead of drawing everything again.

Katra disciplīna zīmē to pašu ēku no jauna. Every discipline draws the same building again.

Arhitekts nodod modeli. Konstruktors to modelē pa jaunam. Tad AVK, ŪK, EL, katrs savā programmā, katrs savā ritmā. Beigās saskaņošana atrod sadursmes, un aplis sākas no gala. The architect hands over a model. The structural engineer models it again. Then HVAC, plumbing, electrical, each in their own software, at their own pace. Coordination finds the clashes at the end, and the loop starts over.

Lielākā daļa šī darba nav projektēšana. Tā ir vienu un to pašu ģeometriju un normu pārrakstīšana. To var uzģenerēt. Most of that work isn't design. It's re-typing the same geometry and the same norms. That part can be generated.

Preonstruct tos ievieto ģenerēšanas noteikumos, lai modelis jau piedzimst atbilstošs, un projektētāja laiks paliek tam, ko normās nevar ierakstīt. Building codes are the same for everyone.
